Easy Holiday Yams Casserole
2- 15 oz cans sweet taters
1/4 cup orange juice
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup white-colored sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups small marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350. Drain sweet taters and set in baking dish. Pour orange juice outrageous. Fold flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt together inside a large bowl. Add butter and cut until crumbly. Top taters using the crumb mixture. Bake 25 minutes or until heated through. Add marshmallows to top and broil until marshmallows are slightly brown.
Kid Approved Eco-friendly Bean Side Dish
2- 14 oz cans eco-friendly beans, drained
2- 15 oz cans diced taters, drained
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 lb shredded Monterey Jack or mild Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Put eco-friendly beans into dish. Add chicken soup and blend together well with beans and taters. Add shredded cheese and blend all ingredients together. Cover casserole with foil and bake for twenty five minutes. Remove foil and continue baking ten minutes or until slightly brown on the top.
